Everything that keeps your digital estate live and growing: Shopify and Shopify Plus stores, B2B sites, non-Shopify websites (Webflow, WordPress, Wix, or custom), Shopify custom apps, other web and mobile apps, and design and creative work. We can also keep your catalogue and content visible to AI shopping assistants. Most agencies maintain only a storefront. We maintain the whole stack.
Do I have to have built the site or app with you?+
No. We take on sites and apps built elsewhere. We start every engagement with a health check to audit the current state, map integrations, and document access, so we can support it properly from day one.
What engagement models do you offer?+
Four. Pay as you go for occasional, scoped tasks; a retainer billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual for guaranteed response and proactive work; an annual AMC for the best rate plus a quarterly roadmap review; and a dedicated resource through KLOCERS, where a named specialist is embedded in your team on contract or contract-to-hire.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?+
Response is tied to severity under a clear SLA. Critical issues, such as a store or checkout down, get same-day attention. Standard bugs are typically handled within one to two business days, and minor items are queued into the backlog. You always know who to contact and how issues are prioritised.
What is not included in a plan?+
Large one-off projects such as a full redesign, a platform migration, or building a brand-new app from scratch are scoped separately, with their own timeline and pricing. Third-party costs like your Shopify plan, app subscriptions, and email platform fees are yours directly and never marked up inside the plan.
Is there a long lock-in?+
No. Plans run by cycle with no excessive lock-in. Annual AMC plans are a choice you make for the better rate and the roadmap review, not a trap. If the plan is not delivering visible value, it is not the right plan.
